The City Honors School at Fosdick-Masten Park Parent, Teacher, Student, Community Organization (PTSCO) is an unincorporated membership association comprised of parents, teachers, and students. We advocate for each group in coordination with the School Based Management Team and the District Parent Coordinating Council, as well as the City Honors School at Fosdick-Masten Park Foundation.
Among other items, PTSCO focuses on community outreach to both broaden and further strengthen the overall image of the City Honors School at Fosdick-Masten Park as a premier school in Western New York and beyond.
PTSCO’s success depends upon the participation of all constituent groups to achieve its goals. At the heart of this is active volunteerism on the part of parents, teachers and students.
Quarterly Meetings are based on a set agenda. We hear reports from the Site-Based management team, the City Honors Foundation, the District Parent Coordinating Council and our school administration. This is a way for everyone with a connection to City Honors to hear about current issues and updates, as well as to ask questions.
Notifications about our quarterly meetings go out in email blasts from the school and the dates can also be found on the school's calendar.
