Parent Facilitator/DPCC

Parent Facilitator:

The purpose of the Parent Facilitator is to help bridge the gap between schools and parents/families. The Buffalo Public Schools has developed a program where parent volunteers, called Parent Facilitators, assist in school to home communication as well as parent advocacy. Parent facilitators work 30 hours a month and help school administrators, teachers, and fellow parents in a variety of ways.
