Josh, and an unknown student from Hutch Tech, came to the aid of a woman who went into a seizure while on the train.
NFTA officer, Casey Coggins, entered a metro train after being notified of a passenger in distress. He assisted the woman onto the floor as she went into a full seizure. While the other passengers on the train, who were mostly students, exited as quickly as possible - by actually stepping over the officer and the sick passenger - Josh and the other student stayed. Josh assisted the officer on the floor with the woman and helped place her on an EMS stretcher when they arrived. The Hutch Tech student let Officer Coggins know when the seizure started and what the woman had been saying right before it began.
When everyone else left, Josh and the other student stayed to help. We, along with the NFTA Police Department, congratulate Josh for exemplifying Buffalo's motto - the City of Good Neighbors.
